Every session is adapted to your week of pregnancy. You lie on your side or semi-reclined with supporting pillows, and the pressure is always gentle and comfortable. Available from the second trimester (around 14 weeks) and into the postnatal period.

Safety and frequently asked questions

From which week can I get a massage?

From the second trimester (around 14 weeks), unless otherwise advised by your doctor. We do not perform prenatal massages during the first trimester.

Do I need medical authorization?

It is mandatory for high-risk pregnancies (such as hypertension, pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, or risk of premature labor). We ask you to fill out a health intake form prior to your first session.

What position is used during the massage?

Lying on your side or semi-reclined, supported by cushions. Never lying flat on your stomach.

When can I start postnatal massages?

Usually starting 6 weeks after delivery, or following a C-section once approved by your healthcare provider.

When should I refrain from having a session?

If you have a fever, vaginal bleeding or fluid leakage, abdominal pain, regular contractions, or sudden swelling in your face or hands. In these cases, please consult your doctor before visiting.
